Online Business Website Traffic Tactics To Increase Web Trends

When you’re looking to increase online traffic for free, you’ve got to think outside the box.  You’ve also got to be willing to embrace multiple streams of visitors to your site.  There is no super easy way to do this, however, there are easier ways than others.

One thing that most people fail to see, is that good things involve hard work and dedication even within the scope of what viral marketing is.  If you want a fit body, you’ve got to get out there and embrace exercise, workouts, cardiovascular, sports, etc.  You’ve also got to realize that fitness is a way of life, not a plan to drop and pick up once in a while.

The same goes when trying to understand how to increase traffic to blog, website or campaign.  You’ve got to step up and take the challenge, because getting visitors to your site is a way of life.  It’s a lifestyle change that you must be willing to adopt to succeed.  These daily practices are what get people ahead in the real world.  The same goes for the virtual world.  Here are those methods for getting visitors to your site.

5 Tips To Increase Online Traffic

1 – Social Media

Getting into Social Media is as easy as signing up for a website.  Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ are going to be your primary Social Media markets.  Being where ever your followers are, is very important.  Facebook and Twitter are both the biggest players in Social Media.

When something big happens in the news, it often times appears on Twitter before it appears on the TV itself.  Being where breaking news is, is a no brainer.  Facebook and Google+ are both very visual networks.  People love pictures and videos, so be sure to include them in your website marketing content.

2 – SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEO or Search Engine Optimization is about keyword rich content.  While Google has recently shifted to quality content Website traffic marketing strategies to rank your website, we shouldn’t ignore SEO site traffic completely.  Ranking in Google’s Search Engine on the first page or two for your online business, will get you visitors to your site.  Ranking in the top 10 on the first page, is even better.

Google still uses SEO Keyword Optimization to determine whether or nor the content is relevant to what people are searching for.  If you have a bunch of articles that have “Fat Loss” as a keyword phrase and they’re not relevant to what people are searching for, you’re going to rank lower on the web for the term “Fat Loss.”  A better approach would be to rank for a long tail keyword phrase such as, “tips for fat loss.”

3 – Video Content

Creating Video Content or Videos for your website is a great way to gain traffic.  Youtube is the second largest search engine and is owned by Google.  If you use SEO alongside your Video Content to get visitors to your site, you’ll be sure to increase traffic to blog or other related Web properties.

Video Content is easily done by signing up for a GMail account and then using that Google Account to sign up for Youtube, Google+, and any other Google services.  Use Target Keywords when you’re trying to create titles for your videos and don’t forget to add links to your website in the description of the video, that is what drives visitors back to your site.  Sometimes, people put their website link in text format at the end of their video along with their: Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ links.

4 – Link or Banner Sharing

Link or Banner Sharing is another way to know how to get more traffic to come to your website.  While this is an old tactic, it’s still a time tested tactic.  The way Link or Banner Sharing/Exchanges work, is rather simple.

Let’s use Fat Loss as an example again.  If you have a website geared towards Fat Loss, you might want to trade your banner with a link back to your website and trade it with another website owner for their banner and link.  This effectively creates a backlink to your website, which again is part of SEO, but definitely worth pointing out.

5 – Paid Advertising

Paid Advertising is a great way to get readers on your site.  If you want to build a following or turn your website into a business, Paid Advertising is the route.  There is no way around it.  If you’re only doing this for a hobby, sure, you could skip this, but for business?

Let’s make it simple.  If you’re going to start a business and/or make money, you’ve got to have money to make money.  Even if you’re going to do an online business, you have to first, have a computer and second, have Web access to begin to increase Internet traffic, both of which cost money.

You’re also going to have to pay for hosting, a domain name, and eventually paid advertising.  All legitimate Business Expenses.  You still have to look around at what options work and what options don’t.  Doing your research is a part of the job.

We hope you enjoyed 5 of the Best Ways to Increase Online Traffic.  These methods are common practices in today’s web trends and definitely some of the first you should look into.  You don’t have to do all five of them, two or three of them starting out will start generating traffic.  It is clear though, that if you want to make a dent, Videos are Visual Content and people love Visual Content.

Some will say Micro Niche Finder or even Market Samari.

I on the other hand believe the answer to be Google Keyword Finder.

      It’s free.
      It’s powerful
      And it works.
